DevOps Engineer – 12-Month Contract – Dublin
Overview:
Our client seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the design and maintenance of its on-premise CI/CD platform. The role involves working with tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, and integrating security and monitoring solutions.
Rates: €600/650
Work Arrangement:
- First month: 5 days on-site in Dublin.
- Thereafter: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development teams on Jenkins Kubernetes instances.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Groovy scripts.
- Manage and update tools (SonarQube, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Coverity, Blackduck).
- Integrate tools into Kubernetes stacks (legacy and on-premises).
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows on the Azure cloud.
- Provide 3rd level support and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube).
- Proficient in containerisation (Docker) and Kubernetes deployments (ArgoCD/Helm).
- Skilled in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana).
- Experience with scripting (Bash, Groovy) and Linux system administration.
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot is a plus.
