Senior Cloud Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on designing, implementing, and managing sophisticated network solutions on the Azure Cloud platform.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge in Azure networking, security, and architecture, coupled with exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Design and manage Azure network architectures, including virtual networks, subnets, and network security groups
Implement and oversee Azure network services such as Azure Load Balancer, Azure Application Gateway, and Azure VPN Gateway
Devise and execute network security strategies including network access controls, threat protection, and encryption to ensure compliance
Work collaboratively with development teams to integrate applications with Azure network services seamlessly
Identify and remedy network performance issues for optimization of network configuration and architecture

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a network engineering role with a focus on cloud environments
Expertise in Azure networking, specifically with virtual networks, network security groups, and network services
Proficiency in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Background in network security with capability in managing firewalls, access controls, and encryption technologies
Strong collaboration skills paired with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have

Experience in migrating on-premises networks to Azure Cloud
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Container Instances
Capability to automate network tasks using tools including Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform

Salary range €3.4K-€4.9K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
