Brand Manager
- Responsibilities: Develop brand strategies aligned with business objectives and company corporate strategy. This involves analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, customer insights, and product positioning and key messaging.
- Manage product launches, including developing launch strategies and overseeing execution. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive product demand.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including sales data, market share, brand awareness, and customer feedback. Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign implementation. Work closely with various internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies across all functions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and advocacy groups for the execution of marketing initiatives. Keep/develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders for scientific and medical input, gather endorsements, and seek opportunities for collaborations to enhance the brand's credibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage the marketing budget for the assigned brand portfolio.
- University degree level either life science or business qualification. MBA or professional marketing qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Any additional experience is a plus (MR/KAS/KAM, DSM, Market access).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles, regulations, and market dynamics. Experience in Endocrinology is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
