Location: Luxembourg

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the SharePoint environment;
• Maintaining and improving intranet sites (built with Valo);
• Supervising and optimizing internal applications;
• Managing and organizing collaborative site collections for different teams;
• Administering and enhancing SharePoint’s search functionality;
• Ensuring the platform’s operational efficiency.
• Handling and tracking service requests;
• Assisting intranet users and content administrators;
• Providing technical support for SharePoint users;
• Identifying, tracking, and resolving incidents.
• Designing and implementing tailored solutions to meet internal needs;
• Estimating development costs and efforts;
• Developing workflows and forms using NINTEX;
• Creating interactive web components (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, HandleBar);
• Automating tasks and scripting via PowerShell / PNP.

Profile:

• Strong expertise in managing and administering Microsoft SharePoint;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite;
• Excellent writing and documentation skills;
• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus.
