Role
The Country Product Manager for PC group: LCD & Mini PC.
As a Country Product Manager, you are responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle in the Benelux, region including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes providing product support to the company’s overall strategy and goals. Market analysis and strategic planning is vital part of the day-to-day operations of the role. Successful candidates need to have a problem-solving, positive mind set who can work as part of a team in independently to meet company objectives.
Experience – what people have done:
- + 5 years’ experience with a proven track record as a Product Management or in a Business Development role.
- Proven track record building business plans/cases and strong leadership skills to drive ideas and sale through both B2C and B2B channels. Experience in analyzing complex data to identify market trends and customers’ behavior
- Ability to create product development and marketing strategies.
- Relevant experience in international companies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Able to establish new opportunities via market analysis, industry and technology trends.
- Develop business strategy for LCD & Mini PC. This includes how the product is positioned in the market, within the category’s product portfolio, and how it contributes to the company’s strategic objectives.
- Manage LCD & Mini PC products by direct participation and leadership in all cross-functional activities. This includes from Go-To-Market, through the maturity cycle, and end-of-life transitions.
- Develop both pricing and promotional strategies for all current and new products to ensure their competitiveness within the target market.
- Provide forecast for LCD & Mini PC products’ market demand and financial results that include sales revenue, market share, profitability analysis, and promotional cost / ROI.
- Create demand generation plans for existing products and / or new technology. Such action may be done on channel partner’s or media level in cooperation with ASUS marketing teams or 3 party vendors.
- Proactively review industry trends, competitive landscape, and development trends for the purpose of enhancing overall market knowledge.
- Capable of presenting to both internal teams and external customers, ASUS corporate strategy, as well as responsible products’ technical roadmap and regular updates.
- Able to travel with the account sales team for customer visits, customer sales training, and customer event supports; with Marketing and Sales team for trade show / road show support. Overseas travel may be required for global product meetings and reviews.

- Advance knowledge of Excel, Power, PowerPoint
- Preferred knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
