Then you must be the right talent to join our High Jewellery Marketing Team as a Junior Product Manager!

For its HQ based in Geneva, Piaget is looking for a Junior Product Manager available at 100% and free from April 1st, 2025. 

You will support the team in managing the High Jewellery collections in line with the Maison strategy and the strategy set by the Marketing product director. You will work closely with HQ teams (Communication, Commercial, Development, Creative departments…) as well as the Market teams.

You Will Make An Impact By

• Supporting the novelties and special orders definition process:
• Drafting the design and development briefs in line with Piaget ‘strategic orientations.
• Following up the product definition in collaboration with the Design, Atelier and Gemmology teams (stones selections, prototyping and validations etc.)
• Collaborating closely with the High Jewellery Business Development team to implement the novelties strategy.
• Facilitating the creation of collections storytelling, taking part in the communication concept definition and to collection names initiatives.
• Backing the 360° launch orchestration in close collaboration with the involved teams (Content, P&R, Media, Digital etc.) and coordinating the follow-up of related tools’ development.
• Creating tools to support the high jewellery sales teams and ensure a successful launch (storytelling, sales arguments, training supports etc.)
• Assisting in the organisation of expert seminars, trainings or meetings.
• Analysing the performance with monthly and yearly reports requiring a deep understanding of the market and strong analytical skills.
• Capturing major marketing insights and analysing the competitive landscapes to identify trends and market’s needs.
  

The Exceptional Skills We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing - experience(s) in the high jewellery or jewellery industry and gemmological expertise are strong assets.
• You hold a Masters’ degree in a relevant field related to the mission you apply for.
• You are able to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
• You have strong communication skills and high attention to details.
• You are a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Fluency in French and English.
