Job Description: Graphic Designer for $SRC Ecosystem

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the $SRC Ecosystem team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating infographics, motion graphics, video content, and animation, as well as designing documents and visual assets to help communicate the innovative nature of our blockchain and AI-powered trade finance and tokenization ecosystem.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in ensuring our visual brand is impactful, clear, and engaging across all platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality, creative designs that effectively communicate our mission and support our growth in both B2B and B2C markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Infographics: Design engaging and informative infographics to simplify complex blockchain, trade finance, and tokenization concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create dynamic motion graphics, animations, and videos to visually represent the $SRC Ecosystem’s features, user journeys, and key benefits..
- Video Editing: Edit and produce videos for social media, website content, presentations, and events, maintaining high standards of visual quality and brand consistency.
- Document Design: Design visually appealing and professional documents such as whitepapers, pitch decks, reports, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Branding Visual Identity: Help define and evolve the visual identity of $SRC Ecosystem across all digital and print media, ensuring consistency with the brand guidelines.
- Social Media Assets: Create eye-catching social media posts, banners, and advertisements tailored to various platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design materials align with project goals, messaging, and timelines.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role, preferably in the blockchain, Web3, or finance sectors.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and others.
- Experience with video editing and animation techniques to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creating assets that can simplify complex technical concepts.
- Knowledge of infographic design, with a focus on creating visually compelling and informative content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:
- Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or trade finance concepts is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D design or other advanced animation techniques is a plus.
