Match you profile

Core Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Web Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
• Proficient in React.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of CSS/SCSS and at least one CSS framework (e.g. Tailwind,
• Bootstrap, etc.)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Jasmine etc.)
• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma or Zeplin.
• Proficiency in at least one Version Control System (e.g. Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.)
• High level knowledge of backend architecture and patterns
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs
• Basic DevOps skills for deployment and troubleshooting
• Strong client-facing and mentorship experience.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of additional frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue, Next.js, etc.).
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with Node.js
• Experience working with Docker
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Umbraco, etc.)
• Previous experience in leadership roles

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications based on agreed specifications and industry standards.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance to the team, ensuring highquality implementation and alignment with client requirements.
• Mentor Junior Developers: Support team growth by mentoring junior developers, sharing expertise, and creating a collaborative learning environment.
• Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities, effectively communicating them to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Business Processes: Participate in due diligence, discovery, and inception phases and collaborate with the account manager to align on project goals.
