Project Manager

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Switzerland, is looking for an experienced CAPEX Project Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute the CAPEX project charter, including scope, budget, and deliverables.
• Implement project control systems to manage risk, cost, and schedule effectively.
• Lead regular project reviews to track progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Manage project resources, provide leadership, and ensure the application of best practices.
• Oversee project handover, ensuring proper training and documentation for end users.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Plant Engineering, or similar).
• Prior experience in CAPEX investment projects (infrastructure, energy, wastewater).
• Prior Project Management experience with cleanrooms is mandatory.
• In-depth experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
• Fluent in German and English.
