• Experience in interaction design and UX.
• Strong usability and user-centered design skills.
• Graphical design (UI, icons) is a plus.
• Familiar with WCAG accessibility.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Lead UX research.
