Position Overview

As a Recruitment Coordinator at JD Logistics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes. You will manage logistics, communication, and scheduling to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining efficient recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).

• Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.

• Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Ideal Qualifications
