This position reports to
Service Delivery Manager
Your role and responsibilities
To provide safe,economic and timely operations and maintenance of all IT/Network Systems,
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Pinpoint any issues promptly and resolve,
Provide remote support and Emergency Maintenance support to end customer,
Representing ABB as a IT/ Network expert in customer discussions,
Track Software Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware Updates ,
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions,
Actively contributing to identifying, managing, and reducing cyber security risks, Introduce new cyber security-related policies, standards, and practices,
Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary,
Perform ongoing performance tuning, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required,
Perform ongoing performance monitoring, updates and any optimization on all project network equipment such as switches, routers and firewalls,
Gathering all reports and maintenance activity data in official reporting format,
Arranges internal/external travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, training courses as and when required.

Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments,
- 3+ Years IT experience Networking, including LAN/WAN- Firewalls- Wireless- Security- Encryption and Cyber Security technologies,
- Cisco CCNA/ CCNP or similar certification,
- Hands on experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting of networking devices. (Cisco, Avaya, Hirschman, Palo Alto, Checkpoint),
- Hands on experience in handling and configuring wired & wireless network topologies, Firewalls and Network Security,
- Knowledge about IEC 62443 Reference Architecture rules and Cyber Security aspect,
- Knowledge about virtualization (Hyper-V, ESXi), (would be a plus),
- Knowledge about Telephone Systems, Network Security and IP telephony, Point to Multi Point radio (would be a plus),
- Experience in SIEM (LogRhythm, QRadar or similar knowledge) and Asset Inventory (would be a plus),
- Knowledge about at least one of these; Pipeline Monitoring Systems (PMS), Public Address & General Alarm (PAGA) System, Public Address Warning System (PAWS), Security CCTV, Access Control System (ACS),
- Experience in ABB 800xA (would be a plus),
- Fluent in English & Turkish.
