Job Summary:

As an AI Engineer at Kaizen AMS, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and drive innovation. You'll work on a variety of projects, applying your expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and automation to solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

AI Model Development & Implementation:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various applications
  • Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Implement and maintain AI algorithms and systems

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse datasets for model training and analysis
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to extract valuable insights

Automation & Integration:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to streamline processes
  • Integrate AI models with existing systems and platforms
  • Work with API's to connect diverse data sources

Research & Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies
  • Research and evaluate new AI tools and techniques for potential application
  • Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI solutions
  • Communicate technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Document all work for future use


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
    • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
    • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
    • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Experience working with API's
    • Experience with Databases (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific AI applications (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with IoT concepts and data
  • Familiarity with the asset management or real estate industries
