We’re hiring 2 passionate Senior Java Backend Engineers to drive the development of scalable, cloud-native solutions in a dynamic Agile environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, designers, and engineers) to build cutting-edge digital products while mentoring colleagues and refining engineering best practices.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build & Innovate: Design cloud-native microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures using Java 7/8, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, and Elasticsearch/MongoDB.
• Full Stack Impact: Own the end-to-end tech stack, from databases (Oracle, MySQL) to DevOps infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Agile Leadership: Champion Agile/Scrum practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Partner with product teams to refine user stories, negotiate timelines, and ensure seamless delivery.
• Automate & Optimize: Drive CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and observability tools (Grafana) for automation excellence.

🛠️ Skills & Requirements

✅ 8+ years in Java backend development with hands-on Agile team experience.

✅ Core Expertise:

• Java EE, Spring Framework (Boot, Cloud, Messaging), JPA, Hibernate
• Cloud-native microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Apache Kafka
• Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB, MySQL/Oracle
• Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git (branching, merging, PRs)
• RESTful APIs, OAuth, LDAP, SSO
• ✅ Bonus: Functional programming, monitoring/observability tools, and DevOps practices.
