Senior Golang Developer

We are a fast-growing tech company seeking a Senior Golang Developer with a passion for building scalable, efficient systems. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer and have taken on leadership roles as a team or tech lead, we want you to join our dynamic team and contribute to cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Golang.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Architect and implement efficient and reliable backend systems.
• Build and maintain GraphQL APIs alongside traditional RESTful services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy features.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Drive continuous improvements in performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in the technical design and decision-making process.
• Contribute to the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Golang Developer.
• Proven experience as a team lead or tech lead with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Strong proficiency in Golang, and experience with its frameworks and libraries.
• Solid experience with GraphQL and building APIs.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
