Metify is a decentralized Web3 platform integrating on-chain credentials, tokenized incentives, and governance-based economies. Our goal is to scale real Web3 adoption by driving token-based collaborations, DAO-driven incentives, and cross-chain integrations.

We are hiring a Web3 Business Development Manager to lead high-value partnerships, liquidity expansion, and governance-aligned incentive models. This is not a Web2 BD role—candidates without direct, hands-on Web3 business development experience will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute Web3 partnership strategies, targeting DeFi protocols, NFT ecosystems, DAOs, and Layer 1/2 blockchain infrastructures.
  • Structure and negotiate token-based deals, including staking mechanisms, liquidity incentives, and governance-backed integrations.
  • Expand Metify’s presence through co-liquidity programs, multi-chain staking, and treasury-backed token partnerships.
  • Establish relationships with crypto-native VCs, DAO treasuries, and institutional liquidity providers.
  • Use on-chain data to identify strategic growth opportunities, optimizing token utility, liquidity depth, and staking models.


Who You Are


  • 3+ years of direct experience in Web3 BD, securing high-value partnerships across DeFi, NFTs, or cross-chain infrastructure.
  • Expertise in tokenomics, veToken staking models, and governance-integrated partnerships.
  • Strong network in Web3—existing relationships with founders, DAOs, liquidity providers, and ecosystem VCs.
  • Experience structuring treasury-backed liquidity deals, token swaps, and staking-driven incentive programs.
  • Deep understanding of cross-chain interoperability, DAO treasury strategies, and incentive-aligned governance models.
  • Not transitioning from Web2 or SaaS—this is a crypto-native BD role, requiring experience in DeFi and token-based economic structures.
