Middle Full Stack developer

Axonlab is a pan-European In vitro Diagnostics and medical IT company with activities in Applied Science. We're building the most innovative and active pan-European online medtech eCommerce platform which will connect our production and integration services with hospitals, medical practices, laboratories, and research centers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with hands-on work in both front-end and back-end development and strong interface skills;
• Experience building and maintaining efficient system interfaces, particularly in healthcare formats such as HL7, ASTM and POCT-1-A, as well as proprietary interfaces;
• 2+ years of experience in interface creation and maintenance in a software/hardware/tech environment;
• Solid understanding of agile project management methodologies, especially SCRUM;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on results-oriented thinking and problem-solving;
• Enthusiastic about tackling daily challenges and innovating solutions;
• Bonus: Experience with all types of medical device interfaces is a significant advantage;
• Very good command of English, knowledge of German is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interfaces (with a focus on healthcare standards such as HL7, ASTM and POCT-1-A, alongside proprietary formats), ensuring data flows smoothly between systems;
• Develop and maintain end-to-end solutions, working across different proprietary systems;
• Ensure seamless integration between affected components;
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions;
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
• Participate in bi-weekly Tech&Coffee sessions to propose, discuss, and innovate new ideas with the team
