Purpose Of The Job

Our client is a big agricultural company. We are looking for the Project Manager, who will help to manage 2 global projects with focus on planning and execution control.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage projects from conception to completion.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.

Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and meet business objectives.

Foster clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows.

Education, Skills And Experience

MUST HAVE:

5 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Would Be a Plus

PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
