As a member of our Data Use team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of privacy at our organisation.
What You'll Do
As a Data Scientist, you'll be at the forefront of our privacy initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis & Modelling: Utilise your skills in statistics, machine learning, and programming to recognise patterns and uncover valuable insights that drive product improvements.
- Predictive Modelling: Design, develop, and evaluate advanced algorithms to optimise data value extraction.
- Experimentation: Generate hypotheses and analyse product experiments to inform decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product engineers to translate prototypes into new features and ensure effective large-scale implementation.
- Business Intelligence: Provide BI support and data visualisation for dashboards and ad-hoc requests, making data accessible and actionable.
Example Projects
- Support compliance initiatives, such as updating Privacy Policies and Terms of Service.
- Establish metrics to enhance safeguards and facilitate future compliance.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to evolve compliance positions.
- Develop tools to empower teams to self-serve regulatory tasks efficiently.

Must-Haves:
- Sufficient years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical software (e.g., R).
- Proven expertise in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, from project definition to execution.

- Experience in Risk Analytics or Compliance.
- Background in tech organisations
