👥 Your role in the team

As a product manager, you are responsible for the entire product lifecycle – from idea to implementation, and ensure that our product develops beyond market standards.

• Product strategy & roadmap:Define product vision and strategy, prioritize features based on market trends and customer insights, and align business and technical priorities.
• product development and implementation: Translate customer needs into clear requirements, work with engineers to implement them, and ensure high-quality feature delivery.
• Market research and competitive analysis:Analyze industry trends and competitors, collect customer feedback, and drive innovation for continuous improvement.
• Product marketing and GTM strategy:Define product value and positioning, support sales teams with presentations and demos, and lead customer onboarding.
• Collaboration with stakeholders and teams:Ensure alignment between technical and non-technical teams, conduct training and work with senior management on long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with development teams
• Practical experience in market research, competitive analysis and function definition.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles for mobile products and basic design skills
• Experience using product management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).

nice to have:

• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS products or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with business models and pricing strategies for SaaS products.
• Experience working within a startup or fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in product management in a technology-driven company.
