Axonius Cybersecurity Asset Management Lead (12-month contract)
Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client, a major player in the healthcare industry, is looking for a new team member in Lithuania!
As their cybersecurity team continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Axonius Cybersecurity Asset Management Lead to oversee the end-to-end implementation of Axonius cybersecurity asset management solutions for a large-scale enterprise.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in integration, security automation, risk reporting, and mitigation, along with deep knowledge of cybersecurity asset management. This role requires the ability to work independently within a highly matrixed, global organization, aligned with the EST time zone.
What you will do:
- Lead the planning, setup, configuration, and deployment of Axonius solutions for a large global enterprise environment.
- Integrate Axonius with 30+ existing management consoles and security tools, ensuring comprehensive data aggregation, normalization, deduplication, and correlation to create a single source of truth for asset inventory.
- Act as an Axonius subject matter expert, optimizing platform performance, troubleshooting complex configurations, and ensuring scalability.
- Develop automated security gap analysis and remediation strategies across devices, identities, software, SaaS applications, cloud services, and security controls.
- Partner with IT and security teams to establish Axonius as the system of record for digital assets, providing actionable insights and business-level security context.
- Support activities associated with security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and support security monitoring and incident response use cases leveraging Axonius.
- Train internal teams on Axonius best practices, functionalities, and maintenance.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, Axonius product updates, and industry regulations to enhance security strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and integrations for audits and operational transparency.
What you will need:
- Ability and willingness to work in the EST time zone (9 AM - 5 PM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity asset management, with a focus on Axonius solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration processes with various management consoles and security tools.
- Expertise in security automation, risk reporting, and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex configurations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
What you will get:
- Pay rate: 35 - 40 EUR/hour
- 12-month contract with the potential for further extension or full-time employment
