Senior Project Manager

Strategic Staffing Solutions International client a leading global healthcare company ranked #10 on the Fortune 500. Currently looking for Senior Project Manager.

The position is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract.

Please note, we are looking for people who are available to start immediately.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support, collaborating with teams, business leaders, and clients to drive organizational transformation.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources to meet transformation milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive accountability among stakeholders, resolve obstacles, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, manage risks, and address evolving organizational needs.
• Mentor junior project managers and refine project requirements to ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
• Oversee project implementation, including User Acceptance testing, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align transformation goals and support associate performance and training.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in project management or organizational transformation.
• Project management and reporting/analysis expertise.
• Experience with global business services and workflow management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Clarity, Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.

Preferred Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

The offered salary is up to 4000 Eur/gross or 28 Eur/hour.
