IT Project Manager – Data Governance & Analysis

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in Data Governance and Data Analysis.

Responsabilities:

• Lead and manage large IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee Data Governance and Data Analysis initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to both business and IT audiences.
• Ensure high-quality standards are applied to all project tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding their needs, objectives, and constraints.
• Exhibit strong leadership in driving project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Engage in negotiations with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Adapt swiftly to unplanned changes or strategic decisions.
• Conduct risk assessments to anticipate and mitigate potential project challenges.
• Apply best practices in software development methodologies, including PMP, PM², Agile, and Kanban.
• Work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.

Technical skills:

• Proven experience in managing large IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in Data Governance and Data Analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects related to Data Governance.
• Strong workshop facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards across project activities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
• Solid risk assessment and management experience.
• In-depth understanding of software development project methodologies (e.g., PMP, PM², Agile, Kanban).

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Project Manager
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
