Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex SD-WAN and SASE issues, ensuring swift resolution.
• Lead SD-WAN and SASE rollouts, migrations, and deployments, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Provide hands-on mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, driving best practices and technical excellence.
• Support global enterprise customers with potential on-site visits for troubleshooting and solution deployment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in SD-WAN & SASE network and security solutions
• CATO vendor experience or certified
• Enterprise networking experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills on highly-complex networks
• Excellent customer facing communications skills (visits to enterprise customers)
• English fluency (Dutch is a plus)
