Payment in combination of Project native token $SRC and success fees from raised capital

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the $SRC Ecosystem project. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing financial strategies, planning, and fundraising efforts, with a key focus on driving the token offering for the ecosystem. You will lead financial operations, manage investor relations, and ensure financial sustainability as we scale our AI and blockchain-powered trade finance platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy and planning for the project, ensuring alignment with business goals and fundraising objectives.
- Spearhead the token offering process, including market positioning, regulatory compliance, and structuring the offering to attract strategic investors.
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management for the project.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, particularly those pertaining to blockchain and cryptocurrency offerings.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO, particularly in Web3, blockchain, or tokenized ecosystems.
- Strong experience in fundraising, especially through token offerings and blockchain-based financial structures.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and trade finance concepts.
- Strong network of investors and financial partners within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech sectors.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
