As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and provide them with relevant insights and recommendations to support business decisions and goals.
What you’ll have to do:
- Gather and aggregate relevant data from various sources, such as internal Databases, Google Analytics and BigQuery, Business Intelligence resources;
- Analyze complex user datasets using data visualization and statistical tools;
- Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns, preferences, and potential areas for improvement;
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for analysis purposes;
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce analytics and user behavior analysis.
What makes you a good fit:
- Have 1+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar positions;
- Have SQL experience;
- Have experience with at least one data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI);
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets;
- Able to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce useful insights;
- Have excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with teams;
- Able to work independently;
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
What makes you stand out:
- Have strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and user behavior analysis methodologies;
- Knowledge of Pyhton;
- Experience of working within structured and Agile project environments;
- University degree in Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
