Java Developer ( Mid and Senior)

We are on the road to growing our hub in Warsaw, so we are looking for Java Developer

Joining the team is a unique opportunity to work with modern financial systems with large scale, high availability and resilience. The company has open positions in multiple domains across the organization, the largest of which are: Card and Banking, Decisioning Banking servicing, Engineering Platform, Partner Operations and Product, Payment Method and Shopping Experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years of experience in Java (ideally version 17 and up)
• Frameworks: Strong expertise in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate or JPA for ORM
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies, CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab)
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases
• Proficiency with JUnit, Mockito for unit testing, and integration testing tools
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture
• Solid experience with microservices architecture, scalability, and system integration

 NICE TO HAVE:

• Spring Security, familiarity with other modern Java frameworks
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD best practices
• Experience with NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, database performance tuning and optimization
• Performance testing experience, familiarity with test automation frameworks and best practices
• Understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including Terraform or CDK, exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog, Sentry)
• Knowledge of distributed systems, high-availability design patterns, and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
