Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft that focuses on one of society's biggest challenges: the future of (elderly) care. In the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of the current workforce will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on caregivers and improve the quality of care. In short, we want to improve the quality of life for nursing home residents and increase the job satisfaction of caregivers.

These are your responsibilities

As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Momo app (for both Android & iOS) using Flutter. Your role will be to write clean and scalable code while ensuring the best user experience.

• Debug, maintain, and optimize the performance of our application.
• Create new features for the Momo app in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in pair programming, code review, and provide constructive feedback to improve yourself and your colleagues.
• Work together with UX designers to create creative, supportive, and fun solutions. This also includes going to nursing homes to find out how nurses use the Momo app.

• Make a difference for caregivers with an innovative solution.
• 32-40 hours/week, depending on your preference.
• Salary of €3000 - 5000 (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and qualifications, plus 8% holiday allowance.
