Product UX Designer - Temporary

We are looking for a product UX designer to join our client, a big e-commerce company in Utrecht, for a period of 8 months!

The company is currently transforming their consumer app from transactional to relational through personalization, gamification, and social commerce, driving engagement and growth. They are now in the execution phase, iterating based on data and user insights.
To accelerate this effort, they are building a mission team and seeking an experienced Product Designer to join on a temporary basis, helping bring this vision to life.

This role is a temporary role, and will last until end of 2025.

• Take the lead in crafting immersive, user-centered experiences using Figma to bring ideas to life.
• Dive deep into the user's world, continuously conducting insightful interviews and usability tests to gather valuable feedback.
• Work alongside a dynamic cross-functional team, ensuring that each project flows smoothly from concept to completion.
• Play a pivotal role in boosting engagement and driving GMV by designing experiences that truly inspire and motivate meaningful user interactions.

• Experience working on end-to-end product design (discovery to delivery).
• Experience with Product Ways of Working (WoW).
• Evidence-based design approach.
• Experience with gamification and reward mechanisms
• Background in e-commerce or marketplace environments.

A great assignment of 32 hours in Utrecht, from April 2025 to December 2025. In this assignment you will have a flex contract via us,with an attractive salary of 5000-6000 EUR gross per month.
