Product Designer - Continuous Setup Experience

Text
Poland · Full-time · Not Applicable

At Text, we are committed to helping our customers grow. We fight for every inch in terms of design and engineering. We put customers first.

Our Continuous Setup Experience team is at the heart of this mission—creating a broadly understood onboarding process within Text. A high-performing, optimally set-up product helps our users deepen their engagement and effectively use chat experiences that enable agents to work smarter, customers to feel valued, and sales to grow.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric experiences that enhance Text's onboarding and setup process. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex challenges into premium, scalable solutions. You will ensure a seamless experience that drives engagement and business growth through user research, prototyping, and iterative design.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the setup: Analyze user journeys and tailor the onboarding experience to the needs of different customer segments. Gradually introduce users to additional product functionalities, including cross-selling and encouraging the addition of new users
  • Lead the design process: Own the entire design lifecycle, from research and prototyping to pixel-perfect execution
  • Craft seamless onboarding: Design intuitive user journeys that introduce features gradually and drive engagement
  • Identify growth opportunities: Anticipate user needs, stay ahead of trends, and optimize activation and retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Setup Managers to refine the onboarding strategy and align with business goals
  • Leverage data and insights: Use A/B testing and user feedback to iterate and enhance designs
  • Contribute to the Design System for scalable, cohesive experiences across the product

What You Bring

  • Senior experience as a solo designer or key member of a project team
  • Skills in using Figma, FigJam or Miro, and Hotjar to bring your designs to life and gather user insights;
  • A strong UI foundation paired with solid UX experience, with a focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences;
  • Can distill insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, translating them into actionable design strategies and visual boards with charts, inspirations, and key takeaways;
  • Think beyond just design — you’re deeply in tune with product strategy and business goals and excel at identifying potential challenges early and addressing them before they become issues;
  • Have a technical mindset and ability to work efficiently with all types of developers and testers at all of the project stages;
  • Have a proven track record of taking ownership of projects from ideation through to launch;
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and management, making sure both sides are on the same page;
  • You enjoy working with people and value good team vibes
