YOUR PROJECT

Our client is a well-known multinational universal bank headquartered in Europe, known for its wide range of banking services, including personal and corporate banking, wealth management, and investment services. With a global presence, it is recognized for its focus on digital banking innovations and sustainability initiatives, offering customers a wide range of financial products designed to meet diverse needs.

YOUR TASKS

• As a UX/UI Product & Services Designer you will design and lead the process of creating interfaces for mobile and web applications as well as design systems;
• You will collaborate with other UX and UI Designers acting as their coach and mentor;
• You’ll be responsible for communication with our clients and for a smooth collaboration with developers ensuring effective design hand-off;
• Together with other designers you’ll build and implement design thinking culture into our organization;
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 4-year experience in application design;
• You are fluent in English (C1);
• You know interface prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and you are able to create clickable prototypes suitable for usability testing, organizing components libraries and design systems
• You care about the user’s needs and take them into account when designing products, considering the scope, budget and client’s requirements;
• You are able to back up your design-related decisions, advise and persuade your stakeholders;
• You’re interested in supporting offering process with a quick prototype creation and see it as an interesting challenge
• Added value: you know Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
