If you're an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach, this is your chance to shape the future of iOS applications that impact millions of patients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach the LABs iOS development team in Agile best practices
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, backlog refinements)
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Agile tools & metrics (e.g., WiP limits, cycle time)
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine the backlog, roadmap, and OKRs
  • Remove impediments that block team progress
  • Ensure GxP compliance is maintained throughout the development lifecycle
  • Champion Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFE
  • Strong expertise in DevOps, and team coaching
  • Ability to foster trust, transparency, and a high-performance mindset
  • Experience in GxP environments (pharma, healthcare) is a big plus
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) is a plus
  • Passion for team development, Agile excellence, and continuous learning
