Web3 and Blockchain Lead Engineer

Our mission is to provide fast and accurate information to help users navigate the dynamic Blockchain industry. We're looking for knowledgeable individuals with a deep understanding of finance, technology, Web3, AI, and cryptocurrency to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product development, guiding the team in architecting and scaling products using React, NodeJS, and AWS.
  • Evaluate and integrate new frameworks like Express, Nest, Koa, Fastify, etc.
  • Translate product vision into actionable OKRs for the development team.
  • Drive product improvements using data analysis.
  • Hands-on with technologies like React JS, NodeJS, and blockchain (Solidity/EVM).
  • Understand API design and infrastructure scaling.
  • Ensure secure programming practices and clean code.
  • Experience with additional blockchains (Solana, Algorand).
  • Collaborate with departments to align engineering efforts with company goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading Web2/Web3 product development teams, especially in blockchain and AI sectors.
  • Strong expertise in smart contract development and dApp frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DeFi protocols, cryptocurrency markets, and tokenomics.
  • Experience with blockchain platforms like BNB Chain & EVM Chains.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud infrastructures for scaling blockchain applications.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and team mentoring.

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong technical background with a product-oriented mindset.
  • Extensive experience with NextJS, Express, TypeScript, TypeORM, Loadash, sockets, KafkaJS, etc.
  • Expertise in designing and scaling event-driven architectures.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping successful products.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats.
  • Passionate about Web3 and developer education.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge or certifications in Blockchain Technologies, Web3 Development, or AWS are highly desirable.
