JD -

• Install, configure, and support Oracle Xstore POS systems at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Oracle Xstore solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide documentation on system functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection policies.
