As a Product Manager, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution for our consumer products, helping us scale our technology and grow our user base. Here’s what that looks like:

• Lead the charge in establishing and optimizing product management practices across the organization.
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Write functional requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide the engineering team.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the team is always unblocked.
• Continuously monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive improvements.

• Design and conduct user research to gain insights into consumer behaviour, needs, and pain points.
• Build and run experiments to validate assumptions, measure product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to A/B test new features and analyze results.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations that inform product decisions.
• Act as the voice of the customer by bringing data-driven insights to every discussion.

• Dive deep into market trends and user behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze competitor offerings and identify opportunities to differentiate Reklaim’s app.
• Track key business metrics and communicate progress on product initiatives to leadership.

• Foster transparency by ensuring stakeholders are informed about product plans and milestones.
• Champion a culture of innovation and iteration, embracing feedback to enhance our offerings.

• 4+ years of experience delivering successful consumer mobile applications in a product management role.
• A proven track record of shipping features on time and iterating quickly based on user feedback.
• Strategic thinking balanced with the ability to execute in an Agile/Scrum/Lean environment.
• Experience using Lean Startup principles to achieve product-market fit.
• Strong technical foundation — familiarity with programming languages (Python, SQL, Node.js, Go, etc.) and cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
• A passion for user research and validation, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
