Jr. Project Manager / Sr PCO (Contract Position)

Location: Mississauga, ON ,CA

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid position, 1-2d/w onsite in Mississauga ON CA mandatory, non-negotiable

Roles and responsibilities:

Managing small projects or CRs, with primarily PCO experience but no direct project management delivery. The candidates must come with experience tracking a budget / cost accounting (and be willing and ready to start to manage a small budget in this role)

PMP Certification: NOT required but considered a plus (especially if currently pursuing).

Must have skills and experience:

Excellent communication skills

1-2 yrs of small projects management

3-5yrs of PCO

Client, team engagement, demonstrate strong business acumen, address client concerns with professionalism and diplomacy.

Financial industry experience is a must have

Prefer candidates coming out of larger, enterprise/structured organizations

Good knowledge of RISK and ISSUE management in project management.
