Job Description
The Analyst will collect, analyze and interpret data, information and statistics to support decisions for Eldercare service pillar or any other assigned programs / projects. The incumbent will compile reports for the Leadership team and identify trends in the data. The incumbent will take actionable steps with the respective leaders that will improve processes and optimize results.
In this connection, the Analyst will assume project management role for specific projects. This may include system implementation, automation, process improvements projects.
Documentation and Improvement of Work Process
- Identify the key processes in the Eldercare service pillar
- Review key processes and propose improvement
- Document the key process and ensure updates on periodic basis. Institute a validation process on a quarterly basis
Data Management and Analysis
- Review data collection practices and develop data collection framework
- Gather and analyse data, provide Monthly and periodic reports
- Interpret gathered data to support management decision making
- Establish new data gathering techniques
- Formulate procedural manuals
Project Management
- Perform project management role for assigned projects
- Establish clear project organization, project objectives, project deliverables and measurements, project timeline and project budget and accountability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including IT teams, senior management, service providers, and end-users (such as team members and seniors).
- Gather feedback and requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and user needs.
- Provide recommendations on mitigating risks and overcoming challenges
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to drive initiatives
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Other Information
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data management and analysis, system implementation or a role with similar responsibilities
Competencies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions
- Strong skills in tools such as Power BI, Excel or related
