Java Developer

NXT GIG is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our financial team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our client accounts, ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The Account Officer will also assist in preparing financial reports and budgets, contributing valuable insights that support informed decision-making. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately
• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports and assist in the budgeting process
• Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving account issues promptly
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for improvement in financial processes
• Monitor account activity to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Account Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
