Enterprise Architect-Repository Management
Summary
The Enterprise Architecture Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the enterprise architecture repository, ensuring high-quality analytical and statistical reporting. The role includes maintaining the integrity of architecture data, supporting compliance with governance principles, and assisting stakeholders in leveraging enterprise architecture insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Repository Management
•Administer and maintain the enterprise architecture repository, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
•Configure and customize repository structures, metamodels, and taxonomies in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
•Ensure consistency and accuracy of architecture documentation and models.
Data Integrity & Quality Assurance
•Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the completeness and reliability of data.
•Implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data integrity standards.
•Oversee the entry and validation of project deliverables in the enterprise architecture repository.
Analytics & Reporting
•Design and generate analytical and statistical reports from enterprise architecture data repositories.
•Develop compliance reports related to digital transformation governance.
•Analyze the impact of changes on enterprise architecture components and assess gaps between current and target architecture.
•Create visualizations and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
•Work closely with enterprise architects, IT teams, and stakeholders to collect and document architecture-related data.
•Provide guidance, training, and technical support on repository usage and best practices.
•Assist in reviewing project specifications to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles.
Repository Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
•Identify opportunities for improving repository usability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
•Implement updates and enhancements to align with enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Experience
•3-5 years of experience in enterprise architecture analysis, data management, or report development.
•Experience working with enterprise architecture repository tools such as Orbus iServer is a plus.
Professional Certifications & Skills
•Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or report analysis preferred.
•Strong analytical and numerical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
•Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word).
•Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.

•Consulting experience in government or public sector projects is a plus.

•Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
