Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to address business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to support model training
• Test and validate models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability before production deployment
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models, making necessary adjustments as needed
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist with a strong focus on machine learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data analysis techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools and databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences
