About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior 3D Animator to join our dynamic studio team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced 3D animator (7+ years) to step into a leadership role, guiding creative excellence while delivering high-quality animation projects. Broadcast experience is a strong plus.

As the most senior designer in the team, you will not only bring your technical expertise and artistic vision to projects but also mentor, inspire, and drive creative leadership across the team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the studio’s output, pushing the boundaries of animation, and ensuring all work aligns with the creative vision and brand identity.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the creative and technical execution of 3D animation projects, ensuring top-tier quality and storytelling
  • Develop and oversee animation pipelines, workflows, and best practices to optimize efficiency
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Work closely with creative directors, producers, and other departments to ensure alignment of vision and execution
  • Stay on top of industry trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the studio
  • Take ownership of key projects, providing direction and leadership from concept to final delivery
  • Ensure animations are optimized for multiple platforms, including broadcast, digital, and experiential formats

OUR IDEAL TEAM MEMBER

Core Competencies

  • 7+ years of professional 3D animation experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software including as Cinema 4D, After Effects, Blender and Adobe Suit
  • Experience in broadcast animation is highly desirable
  • Strong storytelling, motion, and design sensibilities
  • Experience leading teams, mentoring artists, and fostering a culture of creative excellence
  • Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, rigging, and rendering techniques
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively
