Position Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with strong technical expertise and a consulting mindset to join our client’s team. This role involves updating existing websites, implementing SEO best practices, and optimizing user experience (UX) through responsive and well-structured designs. The ideal candidate will have experience with WordPress (Elementor and/or Bricks), website performance optimization, and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4.

Availability

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CST (paid lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites.
• Update and optimize existing websites to enhance functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web development, including security vulnerabilities.
• Apply UX and UI best practices to create visually appealing, high-performing websites.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track website performance.
• Manage and optimize sites hosted on WP Engine, including plugin updates and audits.
• Assist in the integration of marketing tools and APIs.
• Act as a consultant by recommending best practices for web design and performance improvements.
• Assist in writing and maintaining internal documentation and procedures.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to web development.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and implementation strategies.
• Experience using WordPress (Elementor and/or Bricks) for website development.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Webflow.
• Experience with website analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements

• English Level: C1

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or Figma.
• Consulting experience to provide strategic insights on web development best practices.
• Ability to document processes and write internal procedures.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics GA4 Certification.
• Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus.

• Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
