WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN "IT Project Manager (m/f/x)"

Hi, I’m Stefan, Intact’s Head of Project Management. I’d be delighted to welcome you to our team. We’re looking for an IT project manager that is ready to get their hands dirty, be truly part of the project and become a subject matter expert in our software and the certification, audit and standards we serve.

Our products ensure that organic products are truly organic, food is safe, fisheries are sustainable, and buildings don’t go up in flames. Thanks to our global presence, you will be in contact with customers all over the world and get to know many.

ARE YOU READY?

• Management of international customer projects including complete project planning (targets, deadlines, costs), project controlling and reporting
• Carrying out requirements analysis and gap analysis
• Moderation and documentation of project meetings and conception workshops
• Configuration and implementation of the Intact platform at the customer’s site
• Contact person and interface to the customer and internal stakeholders

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Completed education in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, ideally software implementation projects
• Strong Microsoft Office products experience and basic technical know-how (databases, interfaces)
• Knowledge and experience in the use of common PM methods, ideally IPMA standard
• Knowledge of audit and certification management is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English (German and languages are an advantage)
• High level of commitment and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to travel
