The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team for upcoming projects. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to map and plan their needs, translating them into actionable data or digital products and insights.
• Effectively translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Analyze and shape end-to-end production-grade data products, extending your passion for analysis beyond modeling to deliver impactful solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in the Modern Data Stack and web applications to help drive business impact and innovation for our clients.
• Work closely within a highly skilled, dynamic team in Belgium and remotely with our global hubs, contributing to both client and internal projects.
• Maintain high standards of quality in every aspect of your work, ensuring that deliverables meet and exceed expectations.
• Embrace a start-up environment where you can directly impact the company’s growth, contributing to strategic initiatives and innovative projects.

Are you the one?

• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-based architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to document and present technical concepts in a clear way.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Based in Belgium with availability for hybrid work.
