Your job:

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives
• Starting from a reference target design (which will be provided by FDT LAN network lead), come up with the high and low level design and step-by-step plan needed to migrate from the current situation to the target
• If design shows that new equipment is needed to meet target: prepare BOM and liaise with customer procurement to prepare technically accurate PO (commercials out of scope for this role). BOM to include any physical layer requirements as well e.g. additional cabling.
• Be the technical lead the actual migration at customer site (scope of the migration change will vary site to site). On-site presence could be required for this. Post migration hypercare, document and hand over to network operations team

Your profile:

• 5-7 years experience
• Minimum CCNP or equivalent
• A network engineering technology generalist: background covering routing / switching/ firewalls / wireless LAN
• Cisco LAN + WLAN. Other vendors such as juniper are nice to have
• Palo Alto firewalls preferred, Fortinet and Cisco useful
• Experience in campus networking mandatory
• Used to working with a pre-sales or Consultancy mindset and experience
• Automation experience could be an advantage
• Experience with Catalyst Center, Netbrain could be an advantage
• Experience of service provider SDWAN as a customer nice to have but not a big deal if not
• Baraccuda firewalls nice to have for one of the projects but not needed for others
