HR Associate - 12 month Contract - Dublin
( Must be able to work onsite in Dublin 2/3 days per week)
Role Description
We are looking for a HR Associate for our client based in Dublin. This role reports to the Senior Manager HR and is responsible for providing Human Resources support for Ireland based colleagues.
Required
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 2/3+ year's HR/admin experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of relevant computer software and HR systems
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not a requirement
- Multinational company experience in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrates ability to perform accurate and detailed work
- Demonstrates analytical skills to solve day-to-day problems

Key Responsibilities:
- Operationally supports HR strategies
- Delivers effective HR service which is customer service-focused and business-related
- Manages key local benefit programs, including medical benefits, risk benefits for site.
- Develops additional site programs including cycle to work scheme and commuter scheme.
- Manages day-to-day relationship with external suppliers/vendors including benefit providers
- Facilitates the on-boarding and induction program for new hires and presents the HR module of this program.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with employment legislation, monitors local legislative updates and reviews all employment contracts.
- Ensures accurate and compliant pay (including payroll) and benefits administration
- Is the Superuser on site for Workday
- Manages and maintains all other local HR application tools including Softworks & Attendance.
- Implements and ensures a clear, shared understanding of HR procedures/policies
- Maintains monthly HR metrics dashboard for local management and business review meetings
- Co-ordination of purchase orders and invoices for HR dept to ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors.
- Support day to day HR admin - salary certs/reference letters/ social welfare letters.
- Owner of the HR website; responsible for updating when necessary.
