Position

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects in the field of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) Automotive, with a focus on UX/UI and interface ergonomics. The selected candidate will coordinate the development and design teams, ensuring that the solutions delivered are intuitive, efficient, and compliant with industry standards. This role requires frequent international travel, particularly to French-speaking countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects related to the design and development of HMI interfaces for the automotive sector
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and clients to ensure an optimal user experience
• Oversee the definition of functional and technical requirements for graphical interfaces
• Assess the physical and cognitive ergonomics of interfaces, ensuring usability and accessibility
• Monitor project progress, managing priorities and risks
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, ergonomics specialists)
• Interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with requirements and timelines

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Design Engineering, Interaction Design, Applied Cognitive Psychology, or related fields
• Experience in UX/UI project management within HMI, Infotainment, or Automotive sectors
• Knowledge of User-Centered Design methodologies, cognitive and physical ergonomics
• Familiarity with software development processes and graphical interface design
• Strong team management skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers and clients
• French proficiency at C1 level (essential for interacting with international clients and teams)
• Willingness to travel internationally, particularly to French-speaking countries
• Good command of English
