Associate BI - Data Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring data quality.
• Interpret complex data sets and transform them into easily understandable reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.
• Participate in solution design discussions, contributing recommendations on Business Intelligence requirements.
• Follow solution design documentation and determine how to develop the proposed solutions effectively.
• Develop datasets to support Business Intelligence dashboards and reports with moderate support.
• Ensure all development adheres to the team's development framework.
• Implement solutions following appropriate change and code control processes and tools, completing all corresponding documentation.
• Monitor production solutions to quickly identify and analyze production issues.
• Identify and correct production errors related to overall team responsibilities with moderate support.
• Communicate effectively with Business Intelligence stakeholders regarding outages and data governance issues.
• Understand potential drivers behind data quality issues and investigate or leverage appropriate resources to resolve complex issues.

PROFILE:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Data Analysis
• Proven track record in writing SQL queries.
• Good understanding of relational databases and ability to interpret database schemas.
• Experience working with stakeholders on Business Intelligence requests is an advantage.
• Strong sense of professionalism and relationship development skills.
• Attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize and meet timelines on deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (B1 level).
• Preferably have at least 2 years of experience working in a contact center environment.
• Knowledge of DOMO BI is a plus.
