We design digital financial products that seamlessly merge financing and payments with shopping ultimately empowering people to improve their quality of life. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ people working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and the Czech Republic.

We are looking for a People & Office Intern for our Kaunas office, who'd help to create a great workplace experience for our employees while supporting different HR projects. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for people and office management, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the go-to person for our employees regarding office, workplace, and employee experience.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the work environment.
• Organising and supporting in identifying internal events to foster a company culture.
• Assisting with various HR projects related to employee well-being and engagement.
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  
  

You Ideally Come With The Following

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about creating a positive employee experience.
• A can-do and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
