To support our continued growth, we are expanding our Service Operations team in Lithuania and are looking for a skilled Network& Security support engineer (Check Point).

About the Role

As an L2 Network & Security Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to advise customers on IT solutions that deliver the highest business value. You will be part of an expanding Danish-Lithuanian service operations team, supporting and resolving incidents for leading companies in Denmark across both private and public sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues in customer networks.
• Work directly with customers to tackle technical challenges.
• Manage network and security platforms, including Check Point and other security technologies (Cisco security products, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5)
• Implement change requests.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.
• Follow up on recent incidents to prevent SLA breaches.

What We Expect from You

• 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, focusing on network operations.
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles, including TCP/IP, OSI models, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Check Point (required) and at least one additional security product such as Cisco security solutions, Fortinet/FortiAnalyzer, Palo Alto, or F5.
• Strong analytical skills, service-oriented approach, and a proactive mindset.
• A collaborative team player with a quick learning ability.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Experience with IT operation tools such as ITSM
• Understanding of ITIL: Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes.

The salary range for this position is 2700 – 4000 Eur (brutto) per month. The final offer will depend on the competencies and working experience.
